Build the future of
tissue science with us.

We are building a spatial biology discovery engine from the ground up. If you are a scientist who wants your work to matter — not as a support function, but as the core product — we want to hear from you.

DVM Pathologist

Preclinical & Translational Pathology · Advisory / Consulting · Remote

  • Provide expert histopathologic review and interpretation of preclinical tissue samples across rodent, NHP, and other species
  • Score and grade lesions, design annotation frameworks, and deliver written pathology reports for drug discovery and IND-enabling programs
  • Contribute to the development of structured, model-ready tissue datasets that bridge traditional pathology and AI/ML pipelines
  • Support study design, tissue sampling strategy, and biomarker scoring rubric development for client programs
  • Collaborate with our image analysis and commercial teams to translate pathology findings into decision-ready outputs
  • ACVP board certification (anatomic pathology)
  • Experience in GLP toxicology, oncology, or immunology pathology programs
  • Comfort with digital pathology workflows and whole slide image review
  • Interest in the intersection of spatial biology, AI, and translational research
  • Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-pathologist scientific audiences

We are building something different — a tissue sciences company where pathology is the product, not a support function. You'll work on scientifically interesting programs, have direct input into how we structure and annotate data for AI use, and be part of a founding team shaping what comes next in spatial biology. Flexible engagement. Competitive compensation.

MD Clinical Pathologist

Translational & Oncology Pathology · Advisory / Consulting · Remote

  • Provide expert histopathologic review and interpretation of human tissue samples across oncology, immunology, and rare disease indications
  • Design and apply scoring frameworks for IHC, H&E, and multiplex IF panels in translational research contexts
  • Support biomarker development programs, including companion diagnostic design and tissue atlas construction
  • Contribute structured pathology annotations that feed directly into AI/ML model training pipelines
  • Advise on study design, tissue quality assessment, and spatial biology platform selection for human tissue programs
  • Board certification in anatomic pathology (AP) or AP/clinical pathology (AP/CP)
  • Experience in oncology, immuno-oncology, or translational pathology — academic medical center or pharma background welcome
  • Familiarity with digital pathology platforms and whole slide imaging
  • Interest in spatial biology, AI-assisted pathology, and the future of tissue-based drug discovery
  • Strong scientific communication skills — ability to work directly with biopharma research teams

This is a rare opportunity to shape how pathology data gets structured, annotated, and used in AI-driven drug discovery. You'll work on programs that matter scientifically, with a founding team that views pathology as a core asset — not a commodity service. Flexible engagement. Competitive compensation.

Image Analysis Scientist

Computational Pathology & Spatial Biology · Full-Time / Contract · Remote

  • Design and execute quantitative image analysis workflows for whole slide images across H&E, IHC, multiplex IF, and spatial transcriptomics datasets
  • Develop and optimize cell detection, tissue segmentation, and spatial neighborhood analysis pipelines
  • Build analysis-ready output formats — per-cell data tables, density maps, cohort-level reports — structured for downstream AI/ML use
  • Contribute to the development of annotated training datasets for AI model development in pathology and spatial biology
  • Collaborate with pathology advisors to validate computational outputs against expert review
  • Evaluate and implement spatial biology platforms including Visium HD, Xenium, CosMx, MERSCOPE, and GeoMx
  • MS or PhD in biomedical engineering, computational biology, bioinformatics, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with whole slide image analysis tools — QuPath, HALO, Visiopharm, or custom Python/R pipelines
  • Familiarity with spatial transcriptomics data processing (10x Genomics Space Ranger, Seurat, Squidpy, or equivalent)
  • Strong programming skills in Python and/or R
  • Experience working with multiplexed imaging data (mIHC, mIF, CODEX/PhenoCycler, or similar)
  • Interest in AI/ML applications in pathology is a strong plus

You won't be running someone else's pipeline. You'll be building ours — from the ground up, at a company where image analysis and spatial data are the core scientific product. Direct input into how we structure data for AI, what platforms we prioritize, and how we deliver to clients. Early-stage, high-ownership, high-impact. Flexible engagement. Competitive compensation.
